founded in the year 1415 Hejira, corresponding to the year 1995 A.D. was developed in short period to be one of the biggest factories specialized in this production at the Middle East.

Al Sharq Factory for polystyrene is built over 78,000 m2 in Dammam City, with a production capacity of 25,000 ton annually. Also, it owns a huge fleet of vehicles specially designed to transfer the polystyrene products to all cities of the Kingdom, and to the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council. Since, all the staff in charge of the factory, engineers and technicians, are clear-sighted to improvements in this field. Thus, our first concern was the permanent training and improvement of the technicians in order to cope with the latest technologies and progress in this field. “Quality is our motto & your satisfaction is our goal.”

We have our own huge fleet of specially designed vehicles to transfer polystyrene products around Saudi Arabia and across the GCC, we can give our clients the unlimited product and service quality they deserve.

Continuous chemical and physical analysis is conducted during production to ensure stability of specifications and certificate of analysis issued to accompany customers out-going shipments.

BLOCK INSERTS

The insulating block board manufactured from the expanded polystyrene substance, available in two thickness sizes (6cm & 7.5cm) is one of the most important inserted kinds of heat insulation. It is inserted inside concrete hollow blocks by which it reduces block weight and increases heat insulation capacity. Advantage of using block inserts: • Increasing thickness of the 7.5 cm insulation with a percentage of 60% than the installed walls with 5cm thickness. • The efficiency of the polystyrene substance in insulation due to the reduction of the conductivity, heat of the material. • It is insulating the wall completely. • It will last longer. • It has very high physical characteristics such as: o Anti-water and humidity absorbent. o Anti-bacteria and fungus (decay). o Various environmental Factors. INDUSTRIAL PACKING MATERIALS

We are perfectly sure that there is no equipment, from the electrical, household or electronic instruments being transferred overseas, by air or sea country to another without a packing tool made of polystyrene, which gives ideal protection to these instruments. The packing material from the polystyrene is manufactured through the molding process with a density ranging between 24 kg/m3 and 35 kg/m3 , and in all forms, all sizes in a malleable way. The packing materials are characterized by: • Lightweight which reduces transportation cost. • Anti-shocks which protects all instruments during transportation. • It doesn’t lose its shape or insulation by ageing. • Special molding forms to suit each instrument according to its size and volume. • It can be easily transferred and installed which save time and efforts.
